Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using nuonum, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What nuonum is

nuonum is an informational and educational platform, operated by Martin Frič, Michal Búci & Táňa Poláková. It runs an AI-assisted pipeline over market data and publishes the resulting stock research — scores, theses, entry zones, targets, and risk lines — on a dashboard and by email.

3. Not financial advice

This is the most important term. Everything nuonum publishes is research and information, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not a licensed broker, adviser, or financial institution.

Every investment decision is yours alone, made at your own risk. Markets carry risk and you can lose money. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before investing.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use nuonum.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Beta and access

nuonum is currently in beta. Access is granted manually and may be time-limited, changed, or withdrawn. Features may change or break, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any pick will be profitable.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish our content, not to share your account, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

8. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and software of nuonum belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-party services

nuonum links to and relies on third-party services (for example Discord). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, nuonum is not liable for any loss — including investment or trading losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You may stop using nuonum and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
